Reuniting with Carol Lamberg at the 2023 Welcome Home Gala

Partner Andrew Knox reunited with our long-time friend, Carol Lamberg at Settlement Housing Fund’s 2023 Welcome Home Gala. Carol worked at Settlement Housing Fund (SHF) since its inception in 1969 and served as its Executive Director from 1983 until early 2014. Most of our projects with SHF were under Carol’s leadership, including some of our early NYCHA projects in the Two Bridges area of Manhattan.

Since then, we’ve collaborated with SHF on the highly lauded New Settlement Community Campus, 1561 Walton Avenue, Prospect Plaza Homes, Wythe Place, Weeksville Place, and Melrose Concourse: Claremont, Gouverneur, and Washington. We are proud to have collaborated on several impactful and award-winning projects over the years and we look forward to our continued partnership in service of all New Yorkers in need of quality housing.
