We partnered with The Bridge and NYS Homes and Community Renewal on 1559 Boone Avenue, a 49,000 SF, 8-story building providing 65 affordable, supportive, and senior studio units in the Crotona Park area of the Bronx

Organized through a structured co-op, all 70 new units will be affordable to workforce households in perpetuity.
