Landy Court Completed

Located on School Street in Downtown Yonkers, NY, Landy Court is a recently completed 7-story, 80-unit, affordable, and supportive housing project. Since the building is located on a hillside, the double-height lobby connects the street level to upper rear terraces, providing daylight to the lobby from two exposures. A generous awning provides shelter on the sidewalk while promoting a warehouse aesthetic, original to the neighborhood.
