PS108X Addition Blends with the Existing Building
It’s so rewarding to see how an addition blends in and enhances an existing building and streetscape. At the new addition for PS108X, pre-cast concrete panels inspired by the existing building’s art deco motifs provide continuity across the two buildings while brick panels and a generous blue awning highlight the building’s extension and new main entrance on Yates Avenue.
Currently, windows are being installed at the addition, and we can’t wait to share some pictures of the finished interiors awash in daylight. Stay tuned!
