Promoting Winnie Moy to Senior Project Manager

Winnie Moy, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to Senior Project Manager! Thank you, Winnie for you dedicated and thoughtful leadership.

Winnie grew up in a multicultural, Chinese-Filipino-American household in Morton Grove, Illinois—a suburb just north of Chicago. Frequently going into the city, Winnie nurtured her architectural sensibilities amid Chicago’s historic and layered built environment. Soon after arriving at ESKW/A in 2018, Winnie joined the 3500 Park Avenue construction administration team, quickly learning the ins and outs of affordable/supportive housing. Experienced with historic architecture, Winnie is currently the Project manager for the adaptive reuse project, Greenpoint Shelter. She was the team lead on the recently completed Beginning with Children Community High School and  for the construction administration of Baez Place.

As a founding member of ESKW/A’s Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (JEDI) committee, Winnie has spearheaded client interviews and community outreach events that enrich our firm’s vision for equitable design. Passionate about the environment, Winnie works with our sustainability group to keep the office abreast of the latest sustainable practices, materials, and standards. Outside the office, Winnie enjoys swimming, farmers' markets, cooking, hiking, gardening, traveling, sewing stuffed animals for her nieces, and supporting the NYC Shiba Inu Rescue.
