Our Response to a Triangular Lot: 1561 Walton Avenue

This project’s unusual triangular-shaped lot is the result of historic overlays of zoning which have combined to create asymmetrical property lines. On Walton Avenue the form of our building references the street line as well as the site configuration and contextual façade proportions. The semi-public open plaza at the main entry is inviting to residents and contributes to a sense of transparency and security.
