Our Office is Growing: Meet Reuben Soularie

Reuben Soularie, AIA, is from rural southern Louisiana and is a graduate of the School of Architecture at Louisiana State University. His long-term fascination with drawing and making things combined with his desire to grow professionally and design community-oriented projects, landed him at ESKW/Architects in the Summer of 2022. Reuben is currently working on a few projects in pre-construction, including the Hamilton Madison House Rehab and the Larchmont Hotel Rehab.

For Reuben, architecture is a problem-solving and world-building practice that often overlaps with other disciplines like science, psychology, history, art, and philosophy. Consequently, he is interested in learning more about how policy shapes the built environment and how designers can advocate for themselves and the communities and people they serve.
