Limited by a 50' wide site and zoning restrictions, we enhanced the studio apartments at True Colors Bronx by raising ceilings and maximizing window openings. Thoughtfully chosen finishes and furniture maintain a bright and simple aesthetic, ensuring a spacious feel despite constraints on square footage.
