Historic Details for Intervale Green & Louis Niñé House

For Intervale Green and Louis Niñé House the client requested the architecture match the historic flourishes and details of early 20th century masonry tenement buildings found along the Grand Concourse in the Bronx. In response, we designed a carefully proportioned masonry building with precast stone concrete base, windowsills, and lentils. Fiberglass cornices emulate the appearance of majestic, older stone cornices without the significant cost.
