Situated at a dense, downtown-edge block that was historically lined with vegetable markets and light manufacturing, Landy Court follows traditional massing while blending historic references and modern aesthetics.

Projected bands of brick wrap the building corners and span between window openings. Factory-scaled, masonry window openings into the residential units are framed in deep projected brick courses on four sides creating deep shadows and enlivening the long facade. Lastly, the articulated brick cornice provides a classic transition as the building meets the sky.
