1070 Myrtle Avenue Construction Process

Following ICL’s successful Gala Night honoring Governor Hochul and Robert Myers, we look back at one of our favorite ICL projects, 1070 Myrtle Avenue, a 6-story, 32,000 SF building located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The building provides supportive housing for people living with mental health concerns. Forty studio and two-bedroom apartments serve ICL clients whose ability to live independently assists their mental health goals; for many of the young residents, Myrtle Avenue is their first home on their own. We are proud to collaborate with the ICL to build honorable housing that helps New Yorkers live independent and fulfilled lives.
