ZONING AND SITE ANALYSIS
Our work almost always begins with a phone call or email and an initial zoning review. This step can quickly identify viability of a site when our clients are presented with a site. This evaluation studies the legal, infrastructural, historical, climatic, and geographical context of a specific site. It is used as a starting point for the strategic development and design process. We use this stage to identify zoning restrictions and requirements as well as possible challenges to consider and ways we can respect and respond to the site’s surrounding context while maximizing the team’s ability to develop the site.
