Our current project with the Charles B Wang Community Health Center is under construction. The new building is a New York State-licensed Article 28 federally qualified ambulatory health care facility.
The building has six stories and a cellar, with a total gross square footage of 83,177. It includes one level of dental care on the second floor, three clinical levels on floors three through five, and one level for administration, consultation, and education. There are also two levels of parking on the cellar and first floor.
Completion is anticipated in 2021 to serve the health care needs of Flushing, New York.
